If your unit is not working properly, we can schedule a service call at a time that suits you. We provide written estimates and make sure that you understand what is recommended before we begin work.

If your air conditioner has quit working and you need emergency service, we are available seven days a week in the greater Phenix City, Alabama and Columbus, Georgia areas. We serve communities in several counties in western Georgia and eastern Alabama.
If you are considering a new AC installation:
- We will perform an energy assessment of your building to determine what type and size unit is appropriate for the conditions of your site.
- We calculate load based on several factors as outlined in Manual J, the industry standard endorsed by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), not by best guess or rule of thumb.
These factors include:
- How much sunlight the building gets during summer months
- The height of ceilings
- The number of doors and windows
- Where appliances are used
- The number of persons in the home
These calculations allow proper sizing of the air conditioning system. An oversized unit will cycle on and off too quickly without removing enough humidity for comfort. Your indoor air will feel thick and uncomfortable. A unit that is too small will take longer to provide the right level of air conditioning. You may feel that the unit is not cooling well enough. Often compressors run too long or too often and fail.
